A Community Where Every Child Matters
More than a place to wait
Many parents watch their students carry silent burdens—homework battles, shifting peer dynamics, anxiety over tests, or the isolating feeling that they are falling behind. Standard care programs frequently offer supervision, but students often need far deeper connection to unlock their confidence.
SOAR was created to bridge that critical gap. Here, students are surrounded by trusted adult mentors who see their strengths, listen without judgment, and guide them through challenges with structured routines, academic help, and positive resilience skills.

Leadership & Heart
Meet the heart behind SOAR
Glenda White founded SOAR out of a deep personal calling to ensure that no child in Greenville slips through the cracks when obstacles arise. Having worked closely with children facing academic fatigue, emotional stress, and everyday school pressure, Glenda recognized that true academic growth cannot happen until a child feels deeply valued, secure, and heard.
Under her guidance, SOAR embraces every student with patience, clear expectations, and unconditional positive regard. Glenda actively partners with families and educators to build a consistent network of care that empowers students to see their own potential.
